Q. Can you explain the terms of the PRN Plus® license, and state what is included and what is not included?

A. We have tried to make it as simple and as straightforward as possible. We have structured our license in such a way as to remove the high cost of software, but provide everything (and more) for a very low, affordable price.  For just $7068 per year ($589 a month) a subscriber (Agency) receives the complete PRN Plus® clinical, scheduling, and billing software system, unlimited toll free telephone support and all upgrades to PRN Plus® during the license term. The license is a site license, which means that there is no limit to the number of workstations at the installed location that connect to the system simultaneously.

There are additional fees asscociated with the Hosted Version (Web based). Please call 1-800-279-9949 for details.

Q. If we sign up for PRN Plus® for the current price for the first year, what is our cost the second year and thereafter?

A. As long as you renew your license each year without interruption, you are guaranteed that the price will never go up. So you could maintain that price forever.

Q. What is the minimum term?

A. The minimum term is 12 Months.

Q. Can an Agency purchase the software?

A. Yes. The purchase price will be quoted on request. For more details on the purchase option, please contact OMS2 Software, Inc.

Q. Are there any network limitations?

A. The Installed version of PRN Plus® supports any Windows® based network (ie: peer-to-peer, NT Server, Novell Netware, Frame Relay, Terminal Services, etc.).

The Web based version does not require any networking.  Each computer with Internet access can access PRN Plus®.  All you need are the access codes.

Q. Does PRN Plus® have an OASIS component?

A. PRN Plus® actively interfaces with HAVEN for many time saving and key stroke saving advantages (time and money), but the PPS Grouper can import data from any OASIS product.
